Shipping Information

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-5 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Custom orders may require additional processing time depending on design complexity and order volume.

  • If there are any delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options across Australia:

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)

  • Express Shipping (1-3 business days)

  • Courier Services (1-3 days – timeframes vary by location)

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and delivery location. 

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Australia.  If you require international shipping, please contact us to discuss options.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products and ensure they meet high standards. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Personalized or custom-made name badges are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

  • Non-customized items may be returned within 14 days of receiving the order, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
     

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at sales@badgelink.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and a description of the issue.

  3. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

 

Refunds & Replacements

  • If a return is approved due to a manufacturing defect or order error, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • Shipping costs for returns (unless due to an error on our part) are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the matter.
